First we relaxed around the house and ate breakfast. Anthony's coworker called him up and asked if we would like tickets to an advanced screening of a movie that night. We, of course, said yes and worked out plans to go pick up the passes.
After that packed the kids up and went to see The Lorax. It was good (find all of our reviews here: http://revolutionreview.blogspot.com/ soon). From there we drove the kids out to Fountain Hills to pick up our passes for the movie that night. On our way we picked up a quick lunch and took it to the fountain park. The girls got to play on the playground for a little while before we picked up our passes and headed home.
After a brief time relaxing at home we headed off to Westgate. My mom took the girls from us and we got to have a (free) date night. We saw an advanced screening of Casa de Mi Padre, check the above link for a review as well. After that we got to head over to Margaritaville (on mom's dime) and enjoy a nice dinner just us two.
It was a great way to kick off our week as a family.
